Old Vs. New
Over the last few weeks, we have been learning about land use and how Chesterton has changed overtime. We were very lucky to receive a range of photos from Jane Stead, a local resident. After trying to pinpoint where the photos were taken on a map, we took to the streets to search for the places. We were amazed to see how many things have stayed the same, such as the items inside of St Mary's Church. We also enjoyed spotting the differences, such as the different windows in Apple Class. Whilst exploring, we took modern day photos of Jane's photos and we hope you enjoy seeing the comparisons for yourselves. We also had time to stop off in the park and post our amazing letters that we have written for the Woodlands staff.
