| School has been asked by the LA to advise parents that the wearing of jewellery is potentially dangerous, especially during P.E. and games lessons. We would therefore appreciate your co-operation in not sending your child to school wearing any form of jewellery, including stud earrings. Children who have recently had their ears pierced should have the stud covered with a plaster during P.E. sessions. | |
| Sports Wear | |
| All children need a Sports Kit for indoor and outdoor Physical Education and dancing. It should be brought to school on a Monday morning, returning home on Friday afternoon for laundering. It is important that full P.E. kit should be available in school throughout the week as lessons are sometimes taken at different times from the timetable. | |

| We ask for a voluntary weekly contribution of £1 towards travel costs. The School Association subsidises this cost each year. Please ensure that all sports clothing is named. Please note: For Health & Safety reasons, goggles may not be worn for swimming without a letter from a doctor giving a medical reason. |
